The accessory family includes mounting and protective cover provisions, and mating field connectors for the I/O and communications modules.
FX-2110 Mounting Plate kit
Heavy-duty (0.090” thick) clear-iridite 5052-aluminum alloy mounting plate with mounting provisions for the FX-2100 UMC, FX-2150 AC UPS or FX-2180 Solar Electric Power Supply, and FX-2120 Protective Cover.
User mounting options include:
- Top-Hat DIN Rail EN50022 35 mm
- Surface Screw-Mount
- Bench-Top Rubber Bumpers
NOTE: The FX-2110 Mounting Plate is supplied with the FX-2150 AC UPS and FX-2180 Solar Electric Power Supply kits.
FX-2120 Protective Cover
The optically-clear protective cover provides physical protection for the FX-2100 UMC and FX-2000 series module electronics while allowing convenient inspection of their diagnostic LED indicators. In addition, the cover is equipped with a dual 12-volt cooling-fan-system that operates automatically with heatsink equipped or relay equipped 2000-series I/O modules. A dedicated, wide-input range, regulated output DC-to-DC power converter (10 – 33 VDC to 12 VDC), ensures constant fan-speed (cooling air flow) independent of AC, DC or battery input power variations. The FX-2120 installs on the FX-2110 Mounting Plate; installation mounting hardware kit supplied.
Mating Connector Options
Mating field connector options for the FX-2000 series I/O modules and serial data modules. The mating field connector family offers screw wire clamp termination with various wire entry options or rapid assembly wire-push-in-spring termination options.
